The National Weather Service in gray has issued a Winter Weather

Advisory for snow which is in effect until 6 am EST Tuesday.

* Hazard types... snow.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 6 to 10 inches.

* Timing... snow will continue without much break through Monday

night.

* Impacts... roads will become snow covered and slippery. The

additional snow will continue to add weight to any heavily snow

covered roofs.

* Winds... northeast 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* Temperatures... 5 to 15 above.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow

will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow

covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while

driving.

Large snow banks will continue to limit visibility at

intersections. Motorists should stay alert for other vehicles

entering the Road from side streets and driveways... and keep their

headlights on for better visibility.
