Winter Weather Advisory  Statement as of 3:03 am EST on February 21, 2015

Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 4 PM this afternoon to

7 am EST Sunday.

The National Weather Service in gray has issued a Winter Weather

Advisory for snow... which is in effect from 4 PM this afternoon

to 7 am EST Sunday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect.

* Hazard types... snow.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 4 to 6 inches.

* Timing... snow will begin Saturday night and continue into

 Sunday.

* Impacts... snow covered roads will cause slippery driving

conditions.

* Winds... southwest 5 to 10 mph.

* Temperatures... in the 20s to around 30.

 

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow

will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow

covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while

driving.
