AFternoon readings

Good afternoon Augusta.

IT is still snowing and blowing outside, and this is an afternoon readings set. things are downright nasty out there.

The readings from my own weather instruments are:

The humidity is 69% with a dew point of -8ºF, Temperature is -2.0ºF. and a wind chill of -19.3ºF

Our wind direction remains unchanged out of the North between 7.2MPH and  16.7MPH.

That is giving us some very nasty wind chill temperatures.

The Barometric pressure is 29.78 HPA 1008 and falling with a weather graphic indicating snow.

There is no UV rating because of the snow.

For the pilots out there Raw Metar is:

SPECI KAUG 022008Z AUTO 01016G23KT 1/4SM +SN VV012 M19/M22 A2969 RMK AO2 PRESFR P0000 T11891217

Visibility is 0.2 miles/0.4 Kilometers with blowing snow.

We have had roughly 5 inches of snow thus far and it is still coming down at a pretty fair clip.
