Clear, cold and storm on the way

Good morning Augusta.

We’re under a winter storm warning that kicks in this evening. DO NOT ignore it.

This morning it is  overcast. High of 21F. Winds less than 5 mph.

Tonight it will be  mostly cloudy with a chance of snow in the evening, then overcast with snow. Low of 21F. Winds from the East at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 90% with accumulations up to 6 in. possible. 

 The readings from my own weather instruments are:

The humidity is 58% with a Dew Point of -5ºF, Temp is 9.7ºF with a wind chil of 9.7ºF.

Our wind direction is North between 1.5 MPH and  2.7 MPH. 

The Barometric pressure is 30.74 HPA 1040 and rising with a weather graphic indicating sun.

The UV rating is 0 out of 16, Sunrise is at 7:14 a.m. sunset is 4:12 PM and Moon Rise is at 3:19 p.m. EDT and the moon phase is      waxing gibbous.
