Clear and real cold wind chills

Good morning Augusta.

This morning it is clear, then partly cloudy. High of 14F with a windchill as low as -13F. Winds from the NNW at 10 to 15 mph.

Tonight it will be clear with an expected low of 0F. Winds less than 5 mph.
