Winter Storm Warning

Statement as of 4:07 PM EST on February 5, 2014

Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 9 PM EST this

evening.

* hazard types... heavy snow.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 8 to 12 inches.

* Timing... the snow will wind down later this evening.

* Impacts... difficult travel conditions due to snow covered

roads and reduced visibilities. Heavy snowfall rates of 1 inch

per hour or more may make it more difficult for Road crews to

keep up with the heavy snow.

* Winds... north 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* Temperatures... in the lower 20s.

* Visibilities... near one quarter mile at times.
