Roads and other surfaces will have icy spots through early

this morning.

Water left on roads and other surfaces from melting snow on

Saturday will refreeze early this morning as temperatures fall to

freezing or colder. This will create icy spots on roads sidewalks and parking lots. The black ice will make for dangerous travel due to variable conditions ranging from dry areas to

patches of ice. The ice should begin to melt once temperatures warm above freezing during the morning hours.
