Winter Storm Warning in effect from 7 PM Wednesday to 4 PM EST Thursday.
* what... heavy snow expected. Travel will be very difficult to impossible, including during the morning commute on Thursday. Total snow accumulations of 9 to 12 inches, with localized
amounts up to 15 inches, are expected.
* Where... portions of northern New Hampshire and, south central,
southwest and western Maine.
* When... from 7 PM Wednesday to 4 PM EST Thursday.
* Additional details... be prepared for snow covered and slippery roads, and significant reductions in visibility at times. Snow may be heavy and wet at times closer to the coast, and could
lead to scattered power outages due to downed limbs.
