Dense fog advisory in effect until 10 am EDT this morning.

The National Weather Service in gray has issued a dense fog advisory, which is in effect until 10 am EDT this morning.

* Visibilities... one quarter mile or less at times.

* Timing... through mid morning.

* Impacts... rapidly changing visibility over short distances is likely. Allow extra time to reach your destination and leave

plenty of stopping distance between you and other vehicles.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be

reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...

use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
