Patchy black ice expected across portions of southern Maine and New Hampshire tonight.

Temperatures have fallen well below freezing across many locations over southern Maine and New Hampshire. This will allow residual moisture near the ground from patchy fog and wet roads to

freeze with patchy black ice developing. Motorists planning travel should be prepared for slippery spots and drive with extra caution tonight.
