* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 32 will result in frost formation.
* WHERE...In Maine, Coastal Waldo, Interior Waldo, Kennebec, Knox,
Lincoln and Sagadahoc Counties. In New Hampshire, Belknap,
Merrimack and Strafford Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
