Strafford...central Grafton...central Belknap and Carroll Counties...

At 7:02 AM EST...An area of heavy snow was along a line extending from

Ricker State Park to near Buxton...and moving north AT 35 MPH.

Locations impacted include...

Lewiston, Rochester, Laconia, Conway, Berlin, Bridgton, Fryeburg,

Mechanic Falls, Alfred, Bethel, Bethlehem, Lincoln, Sanford,

Plymouth, Naples, Moultonborough, Ossipee, Meredith, Turner and

Rumford.

This includes the following highways...

Interstate 93 between mile markers 68 and 106.

Interstate 95 between mile markers 58 and 91.

 

This also includes...

Lake Winnipesaukee, Sebago Lake, Crawford Notch State Park, Mount

Moosilauke, and Rumney Rocks.

* Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a quarter mile in

this area of heavy snow.

* Sudden and brief snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are possible in this area of heavy snow.
