This morning we have snow changing to  rain this afternoon. Snow may be heavy at times. Total snow accumulation of 4 to 7 inches. Warmer with highs in the lower 40s. Winds will be East 15 to 20 mph, becoming southeast this afternoon. Gusts up to 45 mph.

Tonight we'll have a chance for rain showers in the evening. Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of snow showers. Lows around 19°F with south winds around 10 mph, becoming west after midnight.

The wind direction is South southeast  between 2.0 MPH and 4.9 MPH.

The Relative pressure is 29.52, the Absolute pressure is 29.32 and falling with a weather graphic indicating clouds and rain/snow.

Okay folks, Valentine's Day is only about 4 weeks off, so, assuming you've stuck with that diet, go try on that lacy bit of lingerie you've been saving.  

 

CRUNCHY GARLIC CHICKEN

6 servings

Prep: 30 Min Bake: 25 Min

2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

2 cups Country® Corn Flakes cereal, crushed (1 cup)

3 tbsps chopped fresh parsley

½ tsp paprika

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

2 tbsps butter or margarine, melted

 

Heat oven to 425.° Spray rectangular pan, 13"x9"x2", with cooking spray.  Mix 2 tbsp butter, the milk, chives, salt and garlic powder. Mix crushed cereal, parsley and paprika. Dip chicken into milk mixture, then coat lightly and evenly with cereal mixture. Place in pan. Drizzle with 2 tbsp butter.  Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
