Air temperatures are hovering near freezing this morning however 
some Road surfaces remain below freezing. The cold surfaces 
combined with patchy fog and freezing drizzle may result in 
patches of black ice on roads. Please take extra caution if 
driving in the early morning hours. Make sure to reduce speed and 
allow for greater distances between vehicles.
