Pulled Pork BBQ

7/8 c cider vinegar

5/8 c peanut oil

5/8 c fresh lemon juice

1/3 c dark brown sugar

13 ounces ketchup

2 ounces Dijon mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons Coleman's English mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 1/4 teaspoons garlic, minced

1/4 c Jack Daniel's Green (I use whatever is in the house at the time.)

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, except Jack Daniel's. Bring to a boil and

reduce to low heat.  Add Jack, simmer for two hours.  Reduce the sauce by

about one third.  Mix 1 cup BBQ sauce with 3/4 cup pulled pork in small

sauté pan and reduce sauce by about one half.  Serve on warm buns...ha ha.

I also use it on the grill with ribs and chicken.

...and for the pork itself:

Pork Tenderloin recipe with a spicy rub.

Feel free to adjust this, as the sauce and pork get spicy together.

1 pound pork tenderloin

2 teaspoons dark brown sugar

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons ground black pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

4 teaspoons paprika

Mix spices and sugar, pat on pork loin.  Bake at 475 for 15 minutes, reduce

heat to 325 and roast for an additional 30 minutes.  Remove from heat, let

stand for 15 minutes and pull apart with a fork.  Mix with sauce as directed

above and enjoy.
