PEANUT BUTTER CLUSTERS
Serves: 36 balls
10 oz. Peanut Butter Chips
½ cup dry-roasted unsalted peanuts
½ cup regular oats, uncooked
½ cup raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
• Microwave chips in a bowl on high power until melted, about 1½ minutes.
• Stir.
• Add ½ cup peanuts, ½ cup oats, ½ cup raisins and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
• Mix thoroughly.
• Using your hands, firmly roll into 1-inch balls. Cool
