Okay, let’s try a multi-berry pie.  This time of year getting “real berries” is either not realistic or downright too expensive. So…

MERRY BERRY PIE

1 (6 oz) package sugar free strawberry gelatin

1 cup no sugar added whole berry cranberry sauce

½ cup cranberry juice cocktail no sugar added

1 Cool Whip Lite or Free

1 baked 9 inch pie shell

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.  Add cranberry sauce and juice.  Chill until it begins to thicken.  Fold in whipped topping; chill again until mixture will mound.  Pour into pie shell.  Refrigerate several hours before serving.
