#MEwx Warming temps, sun/clouds and Ham and Provolone Pinwheels

I’ve put up a new Ambient WS 5000 weather station where you can view real time readings online here.

This morning we have mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid 60s. Winds are Northwest 15 to 20 mph gusting to 35 mph.

Tonight we’ll have clear conditions with lows in the mid 40s. Winds will be West 10 to 15 mph gusting to 25 mph in the evening, becoming light and variable.

We didn’t receive any rain here over the past 24 hours.

The wind is West Northwest between  3.0 MPH and 6.1 MPH.

The Relative pressure is 29.46, the Absolute pressure is 29.26 and rising with a weather graphic indicating sun and clouds.

The  outdoor temperature is 45.5°F, the dew point is 33.6°F, the heat index is 45.5°F and the humidity is 65%.

HAM AND PROVOLONE PINWHEELS

6 servings

 

¼ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 flour tortillas (8 to 10 inches in diameter)

1 cup fresh spinach

¼ lb thinly sliced ham

6 slices (¾ oz each) provolone cheese

1 medium tomato, thinly sliced

 

Mix mayonnaise and garlic; spread evenly over tortillas.  Top tortillas with layers of spinach, ham, cheese and tomato; roll up tightly.  Cut each tortillas into thirds; secure with toothpicks  Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving.
