#MEwx Cool temps, clouds, some rain and Easy Pork Fried Rice
I’ve   put up a new Ambient WS 5000 weather station where you can view real time readings online  here.  
This   morning we have clouds and rain with a chance of showers during morning hours. Highs in the mid 50s with north winds around 10 mph.  
Tonight   we’ll have mostly cloudy conditions with a slight chance of showers during evening, hours, partly cloudy after midnight. Lows in the upper 40s with light and variable winds.  
We’ve   received 1.98 inches of  rain here since this rain began on Monday. 
The   wind is North Northeast between  3.8 MPH and 5.1 MPH.
The   Relative pressure is 29.66, the Absolute pressure is 29.46 and rising with a weather graphic indicating sun and clouds.

EASY   PORK FRIED RICE 
4   servings
1   tbsp vegetable oil 
8   medium green onions, sliced (½ cup) 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1½ cups water  
  ½   cup Spicy Barbecue Sauce  
1   tbsp soy sauce 
1   cup frozen mixed vegetables 
2   cups uncooked instant rice 
1   Spicy Barbecued Pork Tenderloin, cubed 
Heat   oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onions and garlic in oil about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are crisp-tender.  Stir in water, Spicy Barbecue Sauce, soy sauce and vegetables. Heat to boiling; remove from heat. Stir in rice   and pork. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
