DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS EVENING.

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern and southern New Hampshire and south central, southwest and western Maine.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of dense fog have been intermittent today, but a several hour period of dense fog is expected during the evening commute.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
