travel conditions, including during the evening commute on Thursday. Snowfall in excess of six inches is possible.

* Where... portions of New Hampshire and western Maine.

* When... from Thursday morning through Friday morning.

* Additional details... winds gusting as high as 35 mph will

cause areas of blowing and drifting snow. Cold wind chills as

low as 20 below zero will cause frostbite in as little as 30

minutes to exposed skin.
