Flood Warning extended until Sunday afternoon.

the Flood Warning continues for the Kennebec river at Augusta.

* Until Sunday afternoon.

* At 4 PM Saturday the stage was 13.3 feet.

* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* The river will continue rising to near 13.5 feet by this evening. 

The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.

* Impact... at 15.0 feet... water covering front street in Hallowell.

* Impact... at 14.0 feet... water 2 feet deep in parking lot on front street in Augusta. Water to the edge of front street in Hallowell.

* Impact... at 13.0 feet... water covering dock at Town Landing in Hallowell.

* Impact... at 12.0 feet... water begins to flood parking lot on front

street in Augusta.

the Flood Warning continues for the Kennebec river at North Sidney.

* From late this afternoon until Sunday morning.

* At 4 PM Saturday the stage was 16.1 feet.

* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* The river is forecast to rise above flood stage by this evening

to just over 17 feet. The river will fall below flood stage

shortly after midnight.

* Impact... at 17.0 feet... minor lowland flooding occurs.
