ITALIAN BROCCOLI SALAD
Serves: 6 (2/3 cup)
3½ cups chopped fresh broccoli
½ cup chopped red onion
¾ cup (3 oz.) shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. bacon bits
½ cup fat-free mayonnaise
¼ cup fat free Italian Dressing
1 tsp. Splenda
- In a large bowl, combine 3½ cup broccoli, ½ cup onion, ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp. bacon bits.
- In a small bowl, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup Italian dressing, and 1 tsp. Splenda.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
