Fog, rain and floods with a great Chili recipe
Okay folks, we’re under a triple play this morning, Winter Weather Advisory Sttement, Flood Watch and Dense fog advisory. Dr4ive with BOTH hands on the steering wheel.
This morning we have rain with a glorious high near 50 °F. Winds are S at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 100% with rainfall amounts near ½ inch.
Tonight we’ll have one inch of rain possible with areas of dense fog. Low near 35F. S winds shifting to WNW at 10 to 15 mph.

KID-PLEASING CHILI
8 serving (or enough chili for 2 recipes, 4 1/3 each)
2 lbs ground beef
2 cans (15 to 16 oz each) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans (10 ¾ oz each) condensed tomato soup
2 soup cans water
2 tbsp instant minced onion
4 to 6 tsp chili powder
Cook beef in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
