Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until noon EST

today.

* locations... southern and central interior Maine.

* Hazard types... snow... changing to sleet and light freezing rain

or drizzle late tonight... before changing to rain by midday.

* Accumulations... up to 2 inches of sleet and snow.

* Timing... through this morning.

* Impacts... roads will be snow covered and icy.

* Winds... southeast 5 to 10 mph.

* Temperatures... around 30.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet... or

freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for

slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while

driving.
