Special weather statement

Statement as of 5:49 am EST on March 4, 2012

With clear skies and temperatures below freezing... patchy black ice

developed on roads and sidewalks across the area last evening.

Although many roads have been treated... some roads and sidewalks

may still be slippery. Drivers and pedestrians should use caution

while driving or walking outside early this morning.

Conditions will improve this morning after the sun rises.
