early Friday evening.
* affected area southern and central New Hampshire as well as
southern Maine.
* Winds... northwest 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* Timing... late Friday morning through early Friday evening.
* Relative humidity... as low as 23 percent.
* Temperatures... ranging from the upper 50s to the upper 60s.
* Lightning... is not expected on Friday.
* Impacts... with the very high fire danger and dry fuels... any
grass or brush fires that ignite could spread and become out of
control rapidly.
*Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
red flag warnings.
