Sunny and warming up

Good Morning Augusta.

This morning it is clear with an expected  High of 59F. Winds from the WNW at 5-10 mph shifting to the ENE in the afternoon.

Tonight it will be partly cloudy, then mostly cloudy. Low of 37F. Winds less than 5 mph.

The readings outside right now, taken from my own weather instruments:

a relative humidity of 82% with a Dew Point of 30ºF.

The temperature is 35.1ºF with no wind chill.

Presently we have North winds barely puffing between  0.0 mph and 1.2 mph.

Our Barometric pressure is 30.22 and rising with a weather graphic indicating sun.

We had no precipitation in this area overnight.

Visibility is 10.0 miles and mostly cloudy to 8,500 feet.

Since it is still "sugaring season" I have found a Maple sap hobbyist web site to help you get started on tapping and boiling down your own sap to make your own, delicious Maple Syrup.

Go to:

Making your own syrup isn't near as much fun as building and testing your own solid fuel rocket engine in your garage, but you can not only eat the profits, but you can do so in an environment of domestic tranquility.
