Sun/clouds, warm, possible rain and a Black forest Parfait recipe

This morning we have clouds with occasional rain this afternoon. High 62°F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight we’ll have rain giving way to foggy skies tonight. Low near 45°F. Winds NE at 5 to 10 mph.

Black Forest Parfait

one can cherry pie filling

1/4 cup black cherry preserves

1/4 cup sugar

1 tblsp lemon juice

3 oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese

3.4 cup chocolate wafer crumbs

Combine pie filling and preserves, mixing until thoroughly blended.

Combine sugar, juice, and cheese in large mixing bowl, and beat at medium

speed until smooth.

Cover and chill.

Spoon 2 tsp. crumbs into each of 4 glasses; top each with 1 1/2 tblsp cream cheese mixture and 3 tblsp cherry mixture.

Repeat layers once, ending with cherry mixture.  Serve immediately.
