Sagadahoc counties...

At 547 PM EDT, a thunderstorm was located over Manchester Maine, or

near Augusta, moving northeast at 20 mph.

Pea size hail is possible with this storm along with brief heavy

downpours.

Locations impacted include...

Augusta, Waterville, Fairfield, Gardiner, Oakland, China, Litchfield,

Clinton, Belgrade, Farmingdale, Manchester, Hallowell, Liberty,

Palermo, Winthrop, Benton, Chelsea, Jefferson, Albion and Appleton.

This includes the following highways...

Interstate 295 between mile markers 47 and 51.

Interstate 95 between mile markers 96 and 131, and between mile

markers 134 and 136.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause

localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
