A snow squall will affect southwestern Kennebec... southeastern

Oxford... Androscoggin and northwestern Cumberland counties...

At 650 am EDT, a snow squall was located along a line extending from

near Waterford to near Manchester. Movement was southeast at 15 mph.

Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a quarter of a mile in

this squall.

Locations impacted include...

Lewiston, Augusta, Gardiner, Bridgton, Mechanic Falls, Naples,

Turner, gray, Litchfield, Belgrade, Farmingdale, Manchester,

Hallowell, Hiram, Waterford, Winthrop, Raymond, Lisbon, Greene and

Durham.

Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this dangerous

snow squall. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads

are likely to lead to accidents. Consider delaying travel until the

squall passes your location.
