Slightly warmer, Storm Watch and a great single serve dessert recipe

We’re under a Winter Storm Warning until 8 a.m. tomorrow morning.  We can get up to 18 inches, so make sure yo put the snow shovels back, the snow blower has gas in it and the generator still works.

This morning we have generally sunny skies despite a few afternoon clouds. High will reach 28 ºF. Winds are from the WNW at 5 to 10 mph.

VANILLA RICOTTA CRÈME

Serves:  1

½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

1 package sugar substitute

Mix together the ½ cup ricotta cheese, ¼ tsp. vanilla extract and 1 package sugar substitute in a dessert bowl.  Serve chilled.
