Cold, less wind and a great, single serve dessert recipe

ALMOND RICOTTA CRÈME

Serves:  1

½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese

¼ tsp. almond extract

1 package sugar substitute

1 tsp. slivered toasted almonds

Mix together ½ cup ricotta cheese, ¼ tsp almond extract, 1 package sugar substitute and 1 tsp. slivered almonds.  Serve chilled and sprinkled with toasted almonds.
