Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 1 am to noon EST
Wednesday.
The National Weather Service in gray has issued a Winter Weather
Advisory which is in effect from 1 am to noon EST Wednesday.
* Hazard types... snow... sleet... and freezing rain.
* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches... along
with around a trace of ice.
* Timing... late Tuesday night through midday Wednesday.
* Impacts... a combination of snow... sleet... and freezing rain will
make travel treacherous. Heavy wet snow may cause isolated power
outages.
* Winds... east 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
* Temperatures... in the lower 30s.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet... or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
