Weather Advisory update
Winter Weather Advisory statement as of 3:12 am EST on February 16, 2016
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM EST this
afternoon. 
* hazard types... snow... sleet... and freezing rain.
* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches... along 
 with around a tenth of an inch of ice.
* Timing... any snow will change to sleet and freezing rain early
 this morning. The freezing rain will continue until about midday
 before temperatures rise above freezing.
* Impacts... snow... freezing rain... and sleet will make make for 
 slippery travel.
* Winds... north 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph... becoming
 south this afternoon.
* Temperatures... teens and 20s this morning... rising well into the
 30s this afternoon.
Precautionary/preparedness actions... 
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet... or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
