hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute. A new band of snow may potentially form and reach the
region late this morning and this afternoon.

Areas of freezing rain which have left a coating of ice on many
roadways, walkways and over trees will gradually change to snow
this morning across portions of southern Maine. The snow may
become briefly heavy in a few locations, leading to slow and
difficult travel. Temperatures will remain relatively steady, in
the lower to mid 30s.
