accumulations of between two and three tenths of an inch are

expected. Plan on dangerous travel conditions, including during

Holiday travel today. Power outages and downed tree limbs are

possible due to the ice.

* Where... southern Franklin, southern Somerset, Androscoggin and

Kennebec counties.

* When... until 10 PM EST today.

* Additional details... be prepared for snow covered and icy

roads, and reduced visibilities at times.
