Winter Storm Watch in effect from late Sunday night through Monday evening.

Heavy snow will be possible Sunday night into Monday. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 6 or more inches are possible.

* Where... southern Franklin, southern Somerset, Androscoggin and

Kennebec counties.

* When... for the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 PM EST this

evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Sunday night

through Monday evening.

* Additional details... be prepared for reduced visibilities at

times. Significant reductions in visibility are possible.
