Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 7 PM EST this evening.

* what... heavy snow with blowing and drifting snow expected. Plan

on difficult travel conditions, especially during the morning

hours today. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 11 inches, with

localized amounts of up to 14 inches, are expected.

* Where... portions of northern New Hampshire and south central,

southwest, west central and western Maine.

* When... through 7 PM EST this evening.

* Additional details... winds gusting as high as 40 mph will

cause areas of blowing and drifting snow. Some power outages

are possible.
