Snow moving in and some more election year definitions

This morning we have ;partly cloudy skies early, then becoming cloudy with periods of snow this afternoon. High 31F. Winds ESE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 80%. Snow accumulations of less than one inch. 

Tonight we’ll have snow with a low at or below 23F. E winds shifting to WNW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 100% with snow accumulating 5 to 8 inches.
