Its raining and foggy outside, and we’re under a flood watch and wind advisory. Great morning huh?

This morning we have rain, becoming windy in the afternoon. High 48F. Winds ESE at 25 to 35 mph. Chance of rain 100%. Rainfall possibly over one inch. Winds could occasionally gust over 40 mph. 

Tonight we’ll have partly cloudy conditions after some evening wind and rain. Low 33F. South winds at 25 to 35 mph, decreasing to 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 100%. Rainfall near a quarter of an inch. Winds could occasionally gust over 40 mph.
