Sunny, but wet and cold

Good morning Augusta, it is cold a very wet out there, but not as bad as it was yesterday.

This morning it is partly cloudy. Fog early. High of 48F. Winds from the WNW at 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight it will remain partly cloudy. Fog overnight. Low of 21F. Winds less than 5 mph.

The readings taken from my own weather instrumentation are:

A relative humidity of 96% with a Dew Point of 41.8ºF and a wind chill of 43.0º F.    

The temperature is 43.0ºF.

Presently we have   West Southwest winds between 3.2 MPH and 4.0 MPH.

Our Barometric pressure is 29.95/HPA 1014.2 and falling with a weather graphic indicating rain.

The UV rating is 0 out of 16, sunset will be at 4:00 PM with Moon Rise at 8:49 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and the moon phase is Waning Gibbous.

We have had a nasty mix of rain, sleet and snow in this area in the past 24 hours making an accurate total difficult, but we're measuring it at 0.50 via the rain gauge in a 24 hour time measurement frame.
