Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Lewiston, Brunswick, Topsham, Freeport, Litchfield, Lisbon, Greene, Durham, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Sabattus, New Gloucester, Pownal, Poland, Wales and Richmond.

This includes the following highways...

Interstate 295 between mile markers 23 and 45.

Interstate 95 between mile markers 72 and 93.
