A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT EAST CENTRAL OXFORD AND SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES...
At 3:57 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Wilton, or 10
miles east of Rumford, moving east at 20 mph.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail are possible with this
storm.
Locations impacted include...
Farmington, Jay, Dixfield, Canton, Wilton, Mexico, Weld,
Chesterville, Carthage, Perkins, Town Of Washington, Temple, Peru,
New Sharon and Industry.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
