Yesterdays Angel Food Ice Cream Cake was so well received I’m posting another Angel Food cake for your pleasure, especially if you happen to be diabetic.

ANGEL FOOD PINEAPPLE CAKE

1 pkg angel food cake mix

1 can crushed pineapple in own juice

Cool whip if desired for topping

Mix angel food cake mix and one undrained crushed pineapple.  Mix together.  Put in ungreased pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 350.  Top with Cool whip if desired.  This is a good recipe for diabetics also.
