***patchy dense fog this morning***

Fog has overspread the area this morning with visibilities as low

as a quarter mile reported at some locations. Motorists should use

caution and be prepared for rapid changes in visibility. Allow

plenty of space between other vehicles. Conditions should improve

after 8 am.
