Dense Fog Advisory Statement as of 7:41 PM EST on December 10, 2015

Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 am EST Friday.

The National Weather Service in gray has issued a dense fog

advisory... which is in effect until 9 am EST Friday.

* Visibilities... one quarter mile or less at times.

* Timing... tonight through early Friday morning.

* Impacts... reduced visibility of a quarter miles or less. Slick

roads due to black ice possible in the mountains of Maine and

New Hampshire.

 

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be

reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...

use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
