This Morning we have areas of patchy fog early and a steady rain. Showers will continue this afternoon. High 49F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%. 

Tonight we’ll have cloudy skies with areas of patchy fog developing. Lows will be 38F. Winds light and variable.
