* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...In Maine, Central Interior Cumberland, Kennebec, Southern

Somerset, Androscoggin, and Interior York Counties. In New Hampshire, Strafford and Interior Rockingham Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree

limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
