* WHERE...Central Interior Cumberland, Kennebec, and Androscoggin

Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.

Scattered to numerous power outages are possible. Travel will be

difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Damaging winds will blow around unsecured

objects and holiday decorations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and

avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution

if you must drive.
